RecommendedJust went in for their new dinner service. In one word...awesome. Top quality, upscale cuisine at a seriously reasonable price. The jambalaya special was over the top. Totally unexpected coming from a small breakfast/brunch cafe in Edinboro. Will definitely be going back next week to try out the rest of the menu.
Super busy, which really says something about the place! Love the atmosphere, and the décor. Our waitress was so blah, and couldn't smile for nothing. We waited forever for a refill on our $2 a cup of coffee, and there were 3 of us drinking it. Otherwise, the foot was great!

I was in town for a soccer tournament at Edinboro University, and decided to stop at Flip Cafe because it was so good last year. The quality is still outstanding! We tried dinner on Saturday night, and my Beef Tips and Mushrooms in a Chipotle demi glace was just fantastic. Returned for brunch on Sunday, and decided on a cheeseburger because it was International Burger Day.
