Flip Cafe is a treasure. It's the kind of breakfast/brunch spot I'd expect to find in a much larger, very hip city, like Portland or Austin or Toronto. The fact that it exists in Edinboro is pretty remarkable. The food is amazing. The portions are huge. I believe the chef's specialty is breads/pastries/baked goods, which aren't just good but exceptional. Right now, I consider Flip to be the best restaurant I've found in northwestern PA.

Eclectic selection of culinary masterpieces. Cinnamon flips with coffee transported me to a parallel universe akin to Café Du Monde (and the coffee was very good). Everything was amazing and the portions are plentiful! One pancake is the size of Hagrid's head! The service is good and the vibe of the place is unassuming and chill (fun decor, too). A must try!
