Once you get a hold of the manager or tech. He gives you the run around to. For ex, it'll be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow comes. Something else comes up. It'll be ready in a couple days. Couple days later. Something else, it'll be ready next week. Ridiculous. Poor customer service. They definitely need to learn how to run a business. So those are my experiences. Store is teeny tiny. Everything is crammed in there. It's hard to find things. Most things don't look up to date. Prices for one item ranges from one to another. I had to ask employee what the price was and he had to look up it. Funny, because he didn't even update the rest of the games just left it as it was on the wall... I give this store a 5. Small business, but with potential. They have minor tweaks here and there. As a customer, I say they are understanding to issues if you speak up and their level of patience is phenomenal when problems occur. For ex. my kids buy games there and the discs get scratched and such. They resurface them for me all the time to brand new. Also, my console red ringed on my and they fixed it 5 times for me. To me, I would not have the patience to do so. So overall my experience with them I give them a 5.

We brought our Xbox to get repaired on May 26th .We were promised the repair would take 5 days at the most. Over a week later we were notified the system was fixed. It was a little over the time frame they promised but were just happy to have the system back. When I went to play a game that same night I received the open tray error and had to bring it back. Well I called today to get an update as I have not heard back from a technician and was told they will have to call me back. Luckily they called and now advised the unit will be repaired and ready to pick up by 5pm today. It really is bizarre that they have no clue what is going on until I call and then they say it is now going to be repaired. We asked how much the repair would be and they said they have no idea. Flip A Game realigned my PS3 laser for $35, while other place charges $120. What an awesome deal. I will be my xbox 360 there soon. Check them out!!!!

If this store is owned by Tu or Ta or Lok, you're money is all they care about. I got red ringed and microsoft refused to fix it because they found yellow tape all over the 360 that mocks a sticker that Flip-A-Game put on there. CROOKED, ALL OF THEM. And the only person that knew what he was selling was fired. I think it was some Indian, Arab or Mexican, Well anyways I stopped completely going to Flip a Game, Joko, and Games N Go because they all know each other very well. I had a repair done. It took them awhile to get it back to me. I got it back. It worked fine. Then I had to bring it back again, but it was under warranty. It works perfectly fine now. It's over a month now. So I still have some time left before my warranty is up. Sooooo so far so good!
