Our buying experience was great, and everything went smoothly during the purchase process. Unfortunately, after moving into our new home, we discovered that the brand-new oven was not working. When we contacted the Home Warranty office, we received little to no help. We were told the oven had been tested and was in working condition when it was installed. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Flintrock and Jesse Liden, our Community Sales Manager that we worked with! This is our first home and the experience was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, Jesse was so helpful answering all of our questions and calls. He made buying our first home a simple and fun process!
