Awful customer service, they dont care about the surrounding neighborhoods at all. A very rude employee just had the nerve to tell me the concrete truck blocking my drive way wasn't their responsibility and there's nothing they can do. Shameful.

Joe is so amazing! I had an issue with my toilet and he came out quickly and fixed it. He was super helpful and kind. Service was 10/10
Joe is the man! I put in a service request to see about a dryer outlet. Flintrock sends Joe over ASAP. Within seconds of analyzing the issue, it is resolved. And within minutes, we're floating about the property, addressing concerns and curiosities, assuring me that neither was too great or small for his attention. I’ve recently moved into my new home built by FlintRock Builders, and Joe from their maintenance team has been nothing but great!! He came by to take care of a few small items in my house like tightening interior doors, fixing the doorbell, and handling a few other minor things, like in most new builds. Joe was professional, friendly and made sure everything was done right before he left. He even double-checked a few things I hadn’t mentioned.
