Absolutely unacceptable living conditions. Since early May, we had been experiencing a horrible, recurring smell — like something decomposing. Management did nothing to investigate or resolve the issue. Eventually, we found out that a deceased neighbor had been lying in one of the units for over a month. Great location! Near train station near schools near hospital near costco, ikea, winners, bike ramp for kids and playgrounds. Building is always clean not hot. Kai is always accomodating. Thank you so much!
After living in this apartment for over three years, I never imagined something like this could happen — that someone could die just down the hall and be left to decompose in their unit for over a month, completely unnoticed by management.
