The experience I had there was acceptable. The hospital was clean and the staff was friendly. I received appropriate care. I was discharged as soon as my medication‘s and sleep was established.
This place was dirty when I went there staff was looking at inappropriate things
I was sent here after having a panic attack and saying I had a bunch of plans to end my life. From the moment they were even involved they were unprofessional. They did not want to transport me there until after 8-9 PM so I did not receive NEEDED medication that day for SEIZURES, MAJOR DEPRESSIVE DISORDER, andddddd PTSD. Not only this, but after arriving close to midnight I was put in a cockroach infested room and led past patients sleeping in the hallway on mattresses on the floor with full lights blaring. I read this is zero out of 10 please do not recommend bringing your kids over here because there’s people that who molest you in mind draw out at the boys side of the room. There was no female side open.
You call this a place to heal and get better!!! I was so disappointed in the staff in how they didn’t believe that there was no bugs in my room and how they thought I was hallucinating but no the hell I wasn’t. The staff was rude to me and they had issues of the usage of when people use the phone whether if you’re a first timer or not. Also, it’s about the food for breakfast they have with grits, eggs and a meat. The cafeteria had ants in it where I was sitting.
