My kids moved here because we had to move in a hurry what a mistake... Waiting for someone to come fix the air conditioner because it's SO FREAKING HOT inside the apartment been waiting OVER 3 days I suppose that's not considered an emergency but hey what do I know

SLUM LORD DONT FIX ANYTHING just give me money give money
Failed to refund me after telling me it would take up to a month for my money back. Called after time passed only to be told that they had no address to send it to. Who waits to tell you that SO late? Never mind the fact that they had my address and number on file. VERY disappointed in the staff that I personally THOUGHT were amazing at first.
New management take over makes a huge difference in a community like FRC
