Nothing but a bunch of controlling people looking for a ego boost!
Not conducive to recovery. Very much a break you down to build you back up mentality. The problem being, by the time an addict conveys the need for their brand of "help", one is already broken down.
I have severe ptsd from being here. They embarrass and isolate you. Cut you down as a person. It's more of a work camp with a bullying hierarchy system then a rehab. There is no real therapy. They bring out mental illness that they can't address. You get in trouble for feeling your feelings.
This program changed my life!!!! I am forever grateful.....
Odyssey House changed my life! I've now been clean over 2 years!
