I often reflect back on my visits with Dr. Flint. I've never met a doctor quite like her. I'm so blessed to have had her in my life. I first met her when I was having excessive bleeding (another hospital Rome sent me home) so I sought out a second opinion at Oneida Hospital. Luckily I did because after 2 months of this horrific episode the moment Dr Flint saw me she immediately ordered a blood transfusion because my blood count was dangerously low. I came to Dr. Flint on the recommendation of several friends (including one who works at the hospital with her). This was after a long line of poor experiences with a half dozen local OBGYNs. I needed to have a minor surgery done and was looking for a doctor I could trust.
