I am never able to relax during my appointments. I am on edge the whole time. While Dr. Flint is an outstanding professional, I don't understand why the nurse, the lab technician, and the desk clerk are allowed to be rude and unhelpful to patients. On her good days, her nurse is churlish; at worst, should be fired. I am on edge around all three of these women.

Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was impressed with the equipment they were using. It looked very current and safe. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I wish they had made more of an effort to make sure their patients have some sort of magazines or something to look through while their in the waiting room. They have a couple of magazi... read more

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this rheumatologist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this rheumatologist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider explain your test results to you? Absolutely. Every detail was explained to me

Friendly Enough Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this rheumatologist able to answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this rheumatologist's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Everything I was told has helped me immensely! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this rheumatologist's office? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
