Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.
I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. great guy!
