I have been going to this practice for years and years and years. Over the last year there is one particular staff member there who has done nothing but make my experience with this practice as uncomfortable as possible. She is beyond rude and she was beyond rude to my husband one of the times he came with me to my appointment. The doctor is fine. The lady PA is fine. The young woman that took me in to the room however was beyond rude. I asked for my BP to be taken with a pump cuff instead of a mechanical cuff. SHE ROLLED HER EYES, WALKED OUT, AND NEVER CAME BACK. I did tell the dr. about and he didn't bat an eye, didn't even apologize for his staff.

Doctor was very attentive and takes time explaining thing. PA and support staff were professional and kind. I highly recommend.
Great doctor! Terrible staff. Dr Elian saved my life. He has a great bedside manner however his physician assistant should take notes.
