Representatives were rude, unsympathetic and talked over me. I could barely get a word out! I would say one thing and they wanted to transfer me right away. I spoke with multiple representatives that kept giving me the runaround. I got into an accident the day I signed up for insurance with one of their companies (United Automobile Insurance Company) who Iâm going to give a piece of my mind to as well, they have lazy and nasty reps themselves. Theyâve cheated me out of money that I need for my child and did not even cove... read more

I was trying to get in touch with this company but when I got to be # 3 in line waiting on the phone, it would disconnect. I even tried emailing them but no one returned my emails.........Finally I went to their website and started a chat with Frank who asked Michelle to call me back. If it wasn't for the professionalism and excellent customer service of this young lady, I would have just cancelled my policy.
