I've been using this company kind of by accident as I had to use a broker & this was the one that was selected for me. I like progressive auto insurance however this broker has been terrible. Anytime , besides when they want my $ , they never answer or get back to me. I am up for renewal so today I got a phone call from someone at Flinsco telling me about upcoming renewal .
