Melissa Armstrong has been arranging our flights for the last four years. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she quickly responds to our queries. We don’t know how she does it but she always manages to find us good value flights. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. We are sad that she has left the Menai shop but are pleased that she is now managing the shop at Revesby. We will be continuing to ask her to make arrangements for us.
