After misleading information from a flight centre consultant (who no longer works there), I was unable to board my flight for a family ski trip to Queenstown, NZ. I had to book another flight the following day in order to be with my family. Marie from flight centre Point Cook was a real gem in a crap situation and provided good communication and actioned to provide a refund for the additional flight I had to book the following day.
My wife and I have received excellent service specially from Marie Micallef at the Point Cook flight centre . Marie is dedicated to her clients and greets them with great respect. Marie gave us useful information about our travel . We are grateful for your service and thank you.
I almost never write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. Flight Centre simply wasn’t worth it. After everything I went through, I would never book through a travel agent again. I would strongly recommend booking directly with the airline instead, as it gives you much more control over your booking if something goes wrong.
