From the moment I walked into Flight Centre, Jessica Fagundez greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. I explained a really stressful situation we had been through after losing our previous travel plans due to a dodgy travel agency, and she took the time to truly listen with genuine empathy and understanding. FJ recently helped me book a flight and a stay at Uluru for my kids and I. He was very personable, kept the costs down, and offered personal insights on the activities at the location. He also responded to my initial email very quickly. Very, very good service.
FJ was absolutely terrific at organising our holiday in Poland, France and the UK- he was incredibly diligent, marvellous attention to detail and to communication, kept us on task and even adjusted to our changes (when we needed to include an extra traveller) with good humour. He checked in on us about how it was going, including responding empathically and practically when one of us broke a wrist. We couldn't recommend him more highly.
Not good customer service hence the one star. When you walk in no one bothers to say a simple hi or good morning. They don't look at you or either just stare with no verbal communication. Makes you feel unwanted and super unfriendly vibes. ZERO.
