Where do I even begin? There’s a king name Andrew Knight who was very helpful with my first ever overseas trip, to go to Oklahoma City to see my team OKC Thunder to play NBA basketball and experience the USA. Went to follow up on our holiday and get information about our next holiday was met by the most coldest unresponsive young lady. Avoid this branch at all cost
In the past I’ve had great experiences here however went in there this morning to try and follow up on a quote we had received from another flight centre branch as it is our local spot and it couldn’t have been more different. Had probably the rudest and worst customer experience of my life. Was “greeted” by a miserable young woman behind a desk, who offered absolutely zero customer service or wisdom and just essentially told us to deal with the person we were dealing with at the other branch.
