Jacklin has been so pleasant to deal with. It feels so good knowing we will never be booking another trip on our own ever again. We visited Flight Centre to help plan what was a logistically complicated trip. It has now been three weeks since I first walked in requesting assistance with our itinerary, and unfortunately our trip is still not booked due to poor communication from the agent assigned to help us. We needed to make a couple of adjustments because of transportation logistics. Horrible experience with this location and Flight Center in general. In November 2022 I tried to reach out to confirm expiry of credits from a Covid related cancellation. The agent never replied. Life got crazy and I tried to reach out again in December 2025. Again, the agent never replied. After 6 weeks of trying to get a call back, still nothing. Helpful and friendly staff
After sending them a request for a vacation booking and talking to someone a month ago still no email or follow up woth pricing whatsoever...I understand being in demand but 1 month long wait without any followup is a big much. Especially after being promised info that evening of our call...
