Brooke O’Toole is a longtime great asset of Flight Centre and now returning to the Forest Way branch. Knowledgeable and very professional , she is always a delight to deal with.
I popped into the Forestway Flight Centre this morning expecting to just get a few prices on flights. Two hours later I walked away with just about everything about my trip (flight tickets, accommodation, insurance etc.) organised and mostly booked! I was truly amazed by Brooke O'Toole's depth of knowledge and her determination to get the best possible result for me. I am indeed a very happy customer! :-)
We have recently moved into the local area, and looking for a knowlegable and service oriented travel consultant, we lucked on Brooke at Forestville Flight Centre. What a breath of fresh air, her service and knowledge of travel opportunities were excellent and the skill in presenting the overview of travel availability and meeting our requirements via her computer gave us great confidnce in her skills.
