We were shopping for dishwasher and got a great deal on one!!! Allen and his staff are wonderful!!!! We have bought a refrigerator from them about 7 years ago and its still running strong!!! Allen installed my parents very hugh first dish years ago!!!! Allen has the same excellent service now as it was then. Thank You for having a top notch store and staff in our small hometown!!!
Needed a refrigerator quickly. Found a great model in the scratch and dent selection and had it delivered the next day. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I needed a fridge due to mine literally falling apart every time I opened it so I went into flicks and walked out with a fridge from the scratch and dent sale (which literally was flawless and didn't even have a scratch ) and I paid a whole $1,400 less than what Home Depot was asking for the exact same fridge!! Bought a washing machine from flicks. 16 months later it breaks. Give em a call they say sure we will come out and take a look. Not one time did they mention that there would be a 160 dollars just in labor and house call. 160 dollars to install a 50 dollar part. For that I would of brought the washing machine to them. For another 150 dollars I could off bought a brand new washing machine hence renewing my warranty. My wife was the one home when the repair was done and doesn't know any better. I foolishly bought a stove from a big box hardware store, and after 6 weeks and 2 stoves, I told them to come and get it, and then went to Flicks. Was very surprised that the prices were comparable ( I was under the impression that the big store buying power would make them cheaper) but the big difference was the customer service.
