Got a great price on a laundry center!!!
After meeting the warm and inviting staff of Flick's last night at a Chamber After Hours, I'll be back to purchase my appliances there for sure! What a great place!
We had a freezer go down, we called them within a half hour they delivered it. You can't ask for better service than that.
I could go on all day about the amazing customer service Flicks provides. Why anyone would shop for appliances anywhere else is beyond me. They know their products & they stand behind them !

Purchased a Crosley refrigerator in October of last year noticed a chemical odor coming out of bottom vent when motor runs. Called Flick's twice both times they encouraged us to take the back off ourselves instead of paying their $70.00 service charge if repairman comes out. Today called Crosley who advised the warranty would be null and void the minute we took the back off and they would send the a repairman out Monday free of charge We chose Flick's because they were local and had their own service department. Bad choice.
Great customer service. We walked in found exactly what we wanted and was able to take home what we went in for with paying an outrageous amount of money or having to wait.
