Unprofessional...period.
If you want someone to only text when your purchasing a 400k home... not be available on Sunday...and not show up at closing choose Kendall because she is useless .. we have sold and bought 6 houses this was by far the worst experience ever!

great people, great company! It seems all of the negative comments are from the rental side, which is pretty typical, especially when a landlord decides they want to sell and not be a landlord any longer. Kendall is a market expert and consistently tops the sales charts in the region with a drive like none other.
Kendall and her team went above and beyond helping us find the perfect home for our family!!! Me and my husband were told by another agent that we should rent our house out because we would have trouble selling it and probably end up owing money. I called FLI the same day for a second opinion. Kendall came out the next day and said it would sale. We got an offer the same day it went on the market and were under contract within a couple of days. The process of selling could not have been easier I highly recommend FLI and Kendall if you are looking to sale your home.
