Missed an appointment with an office they're affiliated with nearly TEN years ago so, they won't accept me. Not their office... some random office a county away. Absolute joke.
Its been over 2 weeks, and I still can't fill my prescription, as it still has not been authorized by the PCP. I also can't access my patient portal, and have received no help when I've called the office countless times. I'm going to find another provider. This is ridiculous, as it's been more than a year since I got locked out.
