I can’t say enough positives about my care at UR FLH Urgent Care. Every one of the staff that I had contact with during my emergent situation was very professional. Kind and caring. My care was very , very timely. I feel I cannot say enough good things for the excellent care that was provided to me by everyone involved in my care from Reception. Nursing, Radiology. And follow-up. Best medical team when you need them. Thank you at Urgent Care for all your care. I ( and my husband) really appreciate you! Eileen
That was amazing
I had a strange skin rash/irritation that prompted my visit on Saturday. They said they would give me a prescription for an ointment, but it was never submitted to my pharmacy. So I'm just using Benadryl on my own instead of whatever it was they were going to prescribe to me. That seemed to me like a pretty significant screw-up on their part. But it's a minor issue, so it doesn't matter at this point.
As a retired nurse, I notice things. And I heartily recommend this facility as I have received excellent care over the years for various ailments and injuries. Thank you for everything you do for our community!
