If you have money to burn with no expectation of actually receiving your products then these charlotons are the market leaders. They won't bother you either, so relax knowing that they will not send you any order updates, reply to emails or texts. No bother there. But rest assured they will take your cash. If you're thinking of purchasing items from this shop, you need to reconsider. Terrible communication, great when they are trying to hook you into buying, but once you order, good luck. I've been waiting for 10 weeks now for a part I ordered they said would take 4-5 weeks. Even a quick follow up email is now being ignored. Hopefully I can find a way to dispute and get a refund for an item they have never delivered. Buyer beware.
Unbelievably bad service does not buy anything from these guys, they are not to be trusted. Placed an order on 24 March 2024 and still nothing. Numerous phone calls, texts and emails are just a lot of promises.
