I really should have read the reviews. I ordered a new Raptor grill. I received a call after I called the 1800 number and it seemed genuine. Apparently in stock and would arrive in a few days. As I didn’t get any delivery info or tracking I was a bit concerned so then had a look at reviews. I realised it seems like these clowns are just thief’s. Tried calling but a waste of time it seems . The cops should look in to this and I’ll be chatting to some senior people in such organisations I know to stop this crap.
This business will Invoice you , take your money and NOT supply any goods . We have lodged a claim against this company with the Victorian State Government . They advertise goods they either don't have or never intend to supply . Then their business is always closed when you try to contact them . Do Not Send This Business Your Money . Do Not Supply Them With Your Credit Card Number -
One of the worst business to deal with the owner does nothing but lie to you . More than happy to take your money but you wont see your product , I had to go to Fair Trading and after 6 weeks 50 phone calls I finally got my money back . These guys need to be down.
This mob needs to be shut down , do not buy from them take your money and DO NOT supply parts.
The good reviews must be fake. Worst company to deal with. They don't have stock and refuse to refund your money months later. Constant communication that is ignored or when they do reply they promise the refund will be processed by end of business that day. I now have to waste my time going to small claims court. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! SCAM!!!

Worst company ever!! These Jokers need shutting down!! Do NOT buy from these scammers! Bought $750 accessories in July & still waiting for some items 5 months on! They bullshit you with apologies & bogus delivery dates every time you call them only to disappoint you every time. They still owe me $450 & no longer answer my calls so reporting them to Victoria Fair trading standards who hopefully shut them down b4 more innocent customers get scammed!! Colin Ward/Qld
Refund our money!!! It’s been a year and still have not received anything and keep getting promises of a refund. Worst rip off company in Australia. Don’t buy a thing from these people. Scamming thieves.
