The good reviews must be fake. Worst company to deal with. They don't have stock and refuse to refund your money months later. Constant communication that is ignored or when they do reply they promise the refund will be processed by end of business that day. I now have to waste my time going to small claims court. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! SCAM!!!

Worst company ever!! These Jokers need shutting down!! Do NOT buy from these scammers! Bought $750 accessories in July & still waiting for some items 5 months on! **WARNING** Stop and read all the reviews before ordering from this company. I placed and paid for an order on the (07/05/2024) for a front end of a Ranger (Front bar, Mustang lights, Raptor grill, and flares) and still have not received anything (08/11/2024). If you have money to burn with no expectation of actually receiving your products then these charlotons are the market leaders. They won't bother you either, so relax knowing that they will not send you any order updates, reply to emails or texts. No bother there. But rest assured they will take your cash. If you're thinking of purchasing items from this shop, you need to reconsider. Terrible communication, great when they are trying to hook you into buying, but once you order, good luck. I've been waiting for 10 weeks now for a part I ordered they said would take 4-5 weeks. Even a quick follow up email is now being ignored. Hopefully I can find a way to dispute and get a refund for an item they have never delivered. Buyer beware.
Unbelievably bad service does not buy anything from these guys, they are not to be trusted. Placed an order on 24 March 2024 and still nothing. Numerous phone calls, texts and emails are just a lot of promises.
