Poorly managed clinic with an unacceptable standard of care. The doctor I saw was completely unprofessional, like a random person off the street, and provided zero helpful medical advice. Instead of addressing my concerns, she rushed me out the door, making it feel like a quick cash-grab for OHIP billing rather than actual patient care. If you have any other option for a walk-in clinic, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Dr. Samar Urooj는 저에게 제조회사를 바꿔가며 약을 처방했어요. 같은 약이지만 만든 회사가 다른거에요. 뭐든 소용이 없었어요. 전 그녀에게 소용이 없다 말했지만 그녀에 처방을 믿고 따라와 달라해서 몇달간 그녀를 따랐어요. 증상은 나아지지 않았고 점점 심각해져 갔어요. 숨쉬는게 너무 힘들었어요. 잠도 못잤어요. 숨이 안쉬어져서. 저의 삶에 지장을 줄만큼 힘들어서 전문의를 보고 싶다 라고 하였지만 그녀는 무슨 이유로 전문의를 보냐라고 제게 되물었어요. Multiple times I've booked my appointment weeks in advance and even receive confirmation through email and calls, but when I get there I'm told that there's no appointment or I'm waiting 45+ mins for an appointment I've booked... the staff can't schedule anything properly
