Dr. Samar Urooj는 저에게 제조회사를 바꿔가며 약을 처방했어요. 같은 약이지만 만든 회사가 다른거에요. 뭐든 소용이 없었어요. 전 그녀에게 소용이 없다 말했지만 그녀에 처방을 믿고 따라와 달라해서 몇달간 그녀를 따랐어요. 증상은 나아지지 않았고 점점 심각해져 갔어요. 숨쉬는게 너무 힘들었어요. 잠도 못잤어요. 숨이 안쉬어져서. 저의 삶에 지장을 줄만큼 힘들어서 전문의를 보고 싶다 라고 하였지만 그녀는 무슨 이유로 전문의를 보냐라고 제게 되물었어요. "당신이 날 치료하지 못했으니 난 전문의에게 치료받고 싶다" 라고 말했지만, 그녀는 "전문의에게 갈 이유가 없다, 그동안 처방약이 안들었으니 코비드 같다" 라고 말하고 약국 가서 코비드검사나 하라고 하더군요. 전 코비드도 아니였어요. 그녀가 처방한 약을 먹고 증상이 좋아지지 않았고 더 악화되니 코비드검사나 하라고 말하는 의사에게 제 생명을 더 이상 맡길 수가 없었어요. 처음에 방문으로 갔고, 같은 건물에 근무하는 다른 의사는 너의 증상이 계속 된다면 가정의를 만들고 관리받으며 전문... read more

Multiple times I've booked my appointment weeks in advance and even receive confirmation through email and calls, but when I get there I'm told that there's no appointment or I'm waiting 45+ mins for an appointment I've booked... the staff can't schedule anything properly

· Privacy risk during exams – Doors cannot be locked during body examinations. · Potential exposure – Someone could mistakenly open the door while patient is undressed. · One issue per visit – Doctors limit you to one medical issue per appointment. · Long wait times – At least 1 hour for in-person and phone appointments; poor time management. · Disorganization overall – Both front staff and doctors are unorganized. · Separate appointment for test results – Must book a dedicated visit to see lab results. I had booked an appointment with Dr Samar Urooj last week and she is amazing! She is very patient, taking the time to explain what she can in the time frame that was available, and supportive. I found her warm, knowledgeable and willing to work with me on my health where others in the past have failed. On the waiting list, crossing my fingers that she can become my family doctor!! PS I should note that the receptionists are helpful and inviting! This clinic came highly recommended by an acquaintance ☺️
