Stay away from here, run and don’t look back. The pay is very low compared to other places, and don’t expect a raise. They just want to squeeze as much out of you as possible.
They lie about their pay on Indeed. They do it intentionally. They pay scraps, especially in a city like Elkhart. Mandatory 12 hours 5-6 days at the bottom end of their posts online. Even with experience, don’t do it!!! Many new illegals from Central America. I spoke with a couple during/after my visit there.
