Flexi Compras -The Worst Service and Financial Company Ever – At First, I thought that the company was excellent! I told my friends and family about the company and how great there service and payment plans are. Good thing nobody bought any thing from Flexi Compras store. I have recently bought a TV from Flexi Compras. I was never late on a payment exept for a once that was only 2 days past. WORST BUSINESS EVER – We got a tv from Flexicompras in S.A. on WW White Rd. this store is across town from where we live... we had to go to the store every week to make our payments, which is very inconvienent. We asking the store manager Miros, if there was another way to make payments. She said no. So, every week we went in and had to argue with the store manager about an hd kit we were being charged for and didn't have..she relunctantly removed the extra charge every week and gave such an attititude as if we were lying ab... read more

worse customer service – a family member listed me as a reference...even after i repeatly told them not to contect me i was called up to 13 times in one day with threats on phone that they would continue to call til i told my family member to take care of the rental with them...christain works at the el paso store and is not only rude but threatens you....i tried to call the area manager and nerver recieved a phone call back..i had to resort to calling the dallas area...this company needs to be put out of business if not in ... read more

Horrible experience – Flexi Compras sales representatives came into my home yesterday without my authorization and took the merchandise from my home. Later when I arrived home it was gone, I called the police and Flexi Compras to notify them and I asked them if they had it, Raul then said yes. "Someone dropped it by."
