Everyone is pleasant and professional. I was indeed worried about my first infusion. These wonderful ladies made sure that I was comfortable, and they explained the process every step of the way. when I had to have lab work during the first, and after the fourth infusion, they called me the next day to explain my results. I would recommend Flex Care infusion center for anyone.

Staff are always welcoming and kind. Provide excellent care and the patient experience is very pleasant.
Jessica and Ms Jackie were fantastic for my very first infusion that I was so nervous about. We had to drive over an hour to get there but once we were there we felt at ease bc the wonderful ladies there were so personable and have great knowledge of what to expect from the infusion medication. I’m dreading doing 7 more of these BUT I know the Flex Care facility and employees will make it go smoothly. Thank you for making our first visit as pleasant as possible. And cleanliness is big plus there as well!!
