I bought a home in March 2025 where the previous owner had Flex Alarms. We were told by Trent Percival, as was the previous owner, that we could take over the remainder of their contract so they wouldn't be penalized. (March-Sept 2025; they had already paid for 2.5 years) They acted as if this was helping us both out. Then Trent would tell me we will be there on a day at a certain time without asking me first. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Great customer service and good prices. Super helpful having Winston and Mike available to help me with my security system. They are both super responsive and can troubleshoot things when you’re in a pinch.

I’ve had Flex a number of years with no issues. They’ve been great to deal with. Recently I couldn’t figure out why my keypad was beeping. When I called, they were able to tell me that the keypad needed a battery, which I was able to change.

I have had Flex Alarms for approximately 5 years no issues that are bad the owner has been excellent and the employees also excellent!
