The original gentleman I spoke with, Joey, was very nice. He explained that I need to cancel my reservation so much time prior to hold date. We aren't moving, and I have called and emailed twice - as I've been informed that if we do not cancel within a timeframe, they will charge our card. It's March 27, we were moving May 28th... plenty of time. I do hope the review is seen and we get out cancellation confirmation email.

I've had the following challenges with this moving company: 1) They were several days late for my drop off. 2) They were unresponsive via email or phone call, often waiting for several hours. 3) They used a broken truck to deliver my items, the truck was left with a flat tire in front of my house. 4) They damaged and broke many of my personal items - including items for my newborn that were brand new. 5) They also damaged the driveway of my home. 6) They were unprofessional and uncourteous. 7) They packed the house in an awf... read more
