Updated: 9/5/2025, spoke to Jeanne and she completely turned my outlook of Flex around, she was informative, understanding and stood on her word, which I’m so appreciative of. I had them move my items : only one dresser a mattress and some end tables and household items Only 20 miles on us 1- took 30 minutes to drive They stopped on the way so I was here waiting for them and wasted 40 minutes of my time Get worked hard but the other was the driver and spent more time on his phone than helping I helped in loading and unloading so they would run over the 3 hours Then I got charged 200 deposit then 360 before unloading then another 150 the next day This is not acceptable way to treat a custom I will ... read more

My two gentlemen were amazing and a lot of fun. Alex was quiet at first, and Jose kept to himself. Then after speaking with them, they opened up and we had an amazing experience. They were fantastic. Thank you again for making my move non stressful. I will recommend this company to my new neighbors and will definitely use them again.

Best moving company I have ever used. The movers were polite, courteous and very professional. They did a wonderful job and took really good care of our furniture.
