Broken, damaged, and "missing" items...poor service. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a moving/storage company. They have sent me several copies of their T&C's whenever I asked a question...a true sign of poor customer service. The crew know all the loop holes in the system and I will eat the cost of dealing with this company. If you do, take pictures of every single item.
Do not recommend using Flex for moving services. My recent experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. The crew wasted a significant amount of time during the move, working at an unreasonably slow pace instead of completing the job efficiently. This move should have easily been finished hours earlier, but instead they dragged their feet until the very end. Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Flex wasted hours dragging their feet instead of working efficiently. What should have been finished by mid-afternoon stretched on unnecessarily. Only when they realized they were running out of time did they rush — and by then, the quality and care were gone. Completely unprofessional and not worth the money. If you’ve had a similar experience with this company, please contact me.
Terrible customer service. We filed a claim after using flex for a move. We were quoted 3.5 hours and the movers took over 6 hours — taking personal calls and texting for extended periods, etc on top of damaging multiple items. After emailing them consistently for over 2 weeks regarding the claim, they FINALLY responded that they would be refunding us for the inconvenience and the quality of the move. On the evening of Tuesday, July 30, I received an email from Carlos stating that there was a total of 9 1/2 hours we had used flex storage for moving, adding on additional $840 to the$1900 we had already paid. This is honestly not the case as there was a great amount of time which we were not being moved in the process. We were waiting for drivers for at least 3.5 hours of the day, one incident from 11 am to 2 pm while the movers and us had to wait patiently for a driver to come and move our things.
