Update as of June 26, 2025: On the evening of June 25th, 2025, Claims Manager from Flex Storage named Michaelangelo reached out and asked which precinct I had filed my police report with. This type of question was not only inappropriate — it's a form of subtle intimidation and harassment. I had already made it clear that all communication must be limited to the formal dispute currently under review by my bank. Do not hire this company, trust me! I hired them, they sent me unvetted people to work for them as subcontractors, these are not experienced movers! They started the job and then quit, they took my stuff without my authorization and brought it back the next day but just left it in my building unattended. This company is the worse and they do not take responsibility for their errors, they just abandon you.
Flex Moving company sent Simon and Allan to our home. They both did an amazing job, they were extremely polite and worked extremely hard to get the job done, even on a rainy day. Thank you both so much for making the impossible possible. Great job! Guys, we appreciate you and the services you both provided.
