It is literally impossible to get a hold of any Flex-N-Gate in the U.S. In Canada it is soo easy. I badly wanted to keep working for the same company when I moved here, even before I moved I spoke to someone thanks to my HR, but I was never given the number. I've been trying for over a year in as many ways as possible to get a hold of a recruiter, even went as far as walking in, and filling out yet another application, and unlike Canada, in the U.S. there is no front desk you can walk up to.
You literally can't even get a hold of anyone, not even a job recruiter or HR, NO ONE Answers the phone. (It's all "you have to know the name of who you're calling and put the code in". This is for all 3 flex-n-gates in Michigan).
Horrible management!! Owners need to wake up because a lot of good workers being treated like garbage. Time to clean house because the supervisors are a notch below stupid!! Maybe the owners should get off their 300 million dollar yacht and see what's going on. Lazy
