My husband and I joined this gym while we were traveling in WV over a year ago and enjoyed using this facility. However, when our contract was up at the hospital and it was time to move on, we tuned our fobs in and attempted to cancel our membership with one of the employees, she told us the owner was the only one able to get that done for us and that she would let him know. It has now been 9 months since we moved states and Flex is still pulling money out of my account every month despite numerous attempts to contact them.

I'm not sure what's going on with the door but the new system for door is becoming aggravating. Update: so the owner decided to kick me out of the gym because of my review instead of fixing the door.
