It's awesome...intense, painful, sweating but the satisfaction at the end of the workout is the best feeling. I feel every muscle inside me the next day and that makes me feel alive!!! I love the trainers but my favorite is Jocelyn...she's tough but at the same time motivational!!! She takes the time to know you and than she will push you to your limit. If she sees that you can't she will figure out another option so you can keep going!! Best hour of workout!!! Highly recommended!!

Simplemente este es el mejor lugar para lograr las metas de perder peso y/o ponerse en forma. Las instalaciones, el hambiente y los entrenadores y nutriologa son extraordinarios. He convertido a Flex Appeal en parte de mi vida.

Super recomendado el lugar. Llevaba años sin pisar un gimnasio y con solo dos semanas de entrenamiento intenso me siento mas ligera, flexible y con fuerza. Jocelyn y Victor son unos buenos entrenadores!
