The arrangements are never on time and they make you wait in the lobby till they finish it even though they are ordered and prepaid since days before
Ordered an arrangement for Mother's day and even though it was gorgeous the lack of communication to the specific message I wanted on the card was not done. They sent the greeting card empty, so my mom was unaware of who sent it and when she asked the driver he replied with "I don't know". I called to informed them and they offered to go back "no charge" to leave another card, like the damage was done already especially on a special day.
