Awesome experience! I live in Rhode Island and had a last minute idea for my sister who was having lunch with some friends for her birthday at the Versace mansion. Avoid if you can! Didn’t have stock to complete order and couldn’t take Sameday order at 4pm. Website also janky- wasn’t clear order had gone through and ended up going through twice. Person spoke to was quite rude, said would look into whether could fulfill order (ombré roses) then told me he didn’t have the stock and offered me red roses. Went on to change me 15% cancellation fee even though he didn’t have the product due to costs of papent processing and website. Ordered roses for same day delivery in Miami beach. The website was easy to access and prices was acceptable for last minute order. Most importantly flowers were delivered within 2-3hours.
Quality and prices are amazing at Fleurs Miami. Its not a typical florist store, but something that is more of a floral artistry kind!
These guys at Fleurs are truly the best. Every time I’m in Miami, they always come through for me. Love the service and flower quality.
