Recently moved in and the neighbors were loud and i could could see through the window them doing things . I also smell alot of fish and weed..Opened up cabinets and saw dead roaches

DONT BE DECEIVED BY THE LOOKS AND PRICE OF THESE APARTMENTS! You won't find any peace! tenants and their kids are loud. Tenants be smoking inside their apartments and outside in the parking lot so the smell will come inside your apartments and roaches as well. Parking lot during rainy days becomes a lake, it gets flooded, so pray you are able to get in your car. It's an old building so there's always problems with the water pipes. Loud tenants either fighting, loud talking, listening to music, loud kids, apartments get super hot so you'll definitely will need two ACs, they are always shutting down the water the manager goes to each door and tells you the water will be out for certain hours, water comes out hot when you are trying to get cold water in hot days. Roaches from neighbors will begin to come to your apartment. You will see people drinking in the parking lot or smoking.
