I love that they make living in Hollywood, California affordable to people with limited income in a good neighborhood. They e mailed me back very fast after I contacted them asking for an available apartment. If I can find a job to support myself, and to pay moving expenses to relocate, I will seriously consider moving here.

I love this building! And the manager Tanya is very sweet and helpful. It's close to everything from here and the area is nice.

This company lost me at the application process. I contacted an agent and was told that the Fleur De Lis property contained studios from $1195-$1295 but only the $1295 was available at that time. That's fine, I stated I would check back to see if the less expensive unit came available shortly. On July 24th, I checked the website and verified the studio pricing of $1295 and I decided to go ahead and submit an application via the website.
