I'd like to share in my opinion the good and bad while I lived at Fleur De Lis: Good things: 1. Awesome location in downtown Neenah 2. Homey, house-like, spacious living quarters Bad things: 1. Unfriendly management (if ever available), no on-site management. As of September, the main line to reach management goes to a busy signal for months now. 2. Cramped parking. The parking lot is small, very bumpy, and has large potholes. The garage is even smaller with way too many poles obstructing space. 2. Smoking allowed inside and... read more
