I came to apartment on the july of 2013. I actually had all my application process done before i went there. But when i got there they said the apartment was not ready. Hence they gave me the only choice to go for a renovated room. My rent was supposed to be $595 but i ended up renting the another apartment for 645. Even though they say that the room has been remodeled they only thing i saw new was the new bathtub. the carpet looked as if it has not been changed in years, looked very old(with some cigarette burn marks.
