This company downloaded the data base when they were employees of Allans Real estate to obtain clients when they formed their own Fletchers real estate company. My interaction with Ben Williams didn't feel genuine nor respectful. Lacks cultural awareness. Ben tried to cut Roberts patch in Mitcham by dropping pamphlets in the area.
House auction. We were nervous, inexperienced and quite exhausted but Robert was the anchor that kept us focused, informed and realistic. He was very easy to communicate with and listened and explained everything professionally and truthfully. Could not have asked for a better agent. The end result was more than we imagined and will secure our future. Cannot recommend Robert and his team highly enough.

Rob was fantastic to deal with, always answered our calls or got back to us asap. He was direct with us about our campaign and how it was going. Open houses were always well staffed and professional but comfortable in nature. When it came to offers, he worked diligently and tirelessly, up until almost 11pm, to get the deal done. Would definitely recommend Rob as an agent to anybody looking to sell.
