I went one day to look at EV options. I provided my information to sales,,,I forgot his name. I got a business card from the salesperson (young guy) and left voicemail that I was ready. I rang him probably after a month when I first visited. I called the main number left another message but no one called back. I’m writing this review because I am disappointed that they ignored my business I went to BMW even though I really wanted a Mercedes. Perhaps I’ll get better service next time.

We were misquoted a price from the customer service center. Our service was a bit more than expected but the Manager and our service guy Dave Miller helped us out as always. Amazing customer service. Thank you gentleman. We appreciate you so much. Best Mercedes Service center we have been to. Definitely recommend if you drive a Mercedes, this is your place.
