Fletcher Homes did a great job on our new deck. From the first person who came to the house, to the last person to leave, the job was done just as explained. After the completion of the deck there were a few things we felt needed attention, Fletcher Homes took care of the issues within 2 days. They may not be the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for and it is well worth it!!
I am very satisfied with the whole process. From the estimate to the completion of my porch.
Cody and crew did another great job. First a deck in 2024, then a porch in 2026. Just have one question, I was told the screen door installed on the deck job may come with a lifetime warranty. If so the screen door needs to be replaced. Thanks, Great job, Gary Smith.

I'm not sure what has happened with this company since they left Stafford. I called them to make some repairs on a deck they installed back in 2020, and not repairs that I would even expect to be under warranty. I'm happy to pay for whatever needs to be done. They came out on February 27, 2026 and since then it's been a joke trying to even get someone on the phone. They blame it on their AI answering system, their CRM software, parts are on backorder.
