My husband called and was informed the vehicle was going to auction because of a $1500 mechanical repair that needed to be made. But then the dealership lowered the price. I called and spoke with Sam, the internet sales manager. He was prepared to sell me the vehicle, then I mentioned the repair and he didn't seem to know what I was talking about. It was a great experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My salesman was Dick Giles, I highly recommend him.
Dealer employee acknowledged email inquiry promptly. This dealer and many other dealers advertising on the internet advertise a great internet price on a vehicle similar to what I was looking for, but since I was from out of state, a quote for a vehicle like I wanted was much higher. There is a fine print disclaimer somewhere in the ad to let them of the hook. There are a few dealers that don't play that game that really want to move vehicles. It took two visits to get what I wanted but the sales consultant was great to work with. Overall a great experience.
Noone can answer ANY questions about anything. Not going to drive 4 hours to look at if it's not what I want. Very poor service. All it takes is ambition. Seems like they don't have any. Sorry.

They don't listen to you. They just want to sell you something..
Dealer sent two emails saying they were working on this. Third email said they had sold the vehicle six months prior.....still listed for sale even days after that.....terrible.
Dick Giles was very helpful. No pressure and easy to talk to.
