RecommendedService dept provides great customer care
Terrible experience. Been getting the runaround from Frank S for over a month about our extended warranty. I paid for a 7 year warranty that started in 2015, not the day I bought the car like he led us to believe. Also, immaculate credit will get you 4% apr at best, when every other dealer will give you 0%. My favorite Frank quote was, "We have lots of options, but I'm not even going to call the bank unless you agree to these things 1st" Save yourself a headache and take your money elsewhere. Tom is AMAZING! Such a great salesman and a great person to do business with. He worked with me and my mother to figure out if the 2013 Nissan Rogue was the perfect fit for me. Even if it wasn’t a Subaru he was selling, he clearly wasn’t pushy and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I used to work in car sales so my expectations are high when shopping for a car. Last week I helped my brother with picking out his first new car. EVERYONE was great. Bill Powell and Matt Hoppe are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable sales people and worked well as a team to accommodate my brother's availability. He was 100% knowledgable about all the Subarus and made my decision on the 2017 Crosstrek easy.
