Terrible customer service. Loyalty means nothing. Communication on all levels very poor. Told on the phone and in person that they accepted a Goodwill Parts & Service coupon. Once there and the service started, I was then told they couldn’t accept the coupon because it was not in the name of the vehicle owner (it was my spouse’s car). However, Subaru Good Will Certificates are issued by the VIN number of the vehicle for predetermined work. If they do not match the vehicle that is coming in for service we can not accept the certificate. Recently I had the pleasure of shopping for a car at Flemington Subaru. I just wanted to thank you for your sales employee Matt Hoppe. He listened to what my needs were for a car and was sensitive to the fact that I was nervous about driving because of a recent car accident. He wasn't pushy i.e., and didn't over call following my visit. Although I chose to purchase a different type of vehicle. I just wanted you to know that I very much appreciate the integrity of your employee and that that, value still matters. Thank you.

We had an outstanding experience at the service department at Flemington Subaru! Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Joe Lalier, our service consultant went above and beyond to help us. He kept us posted while our Subaru was getting checked. They found the cause of the problem. Our Outback mileage was over the extended warranty so technically we were responsible for the cost of the repair.
