Went for anniversary dinner. Ordered the bone in ribeye medium rare. Came out well done. Was also covered in coarse cracked pepper, which I don’t like. Showed it to our server who agreed it was very much over cooked. I also told him I did not like coarse black pepper. Wait 30 min for a medium rare steak.
