My wife and I ate at Flemings last night. The kitchen made a mistake on my meal and the waitress/management quickly fixed the problem and more than made it up to me. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and would come back again. The food is always great, but what really impressed me on this trip was the class that Flemings showed. They are first rate.
Wonderful customer service and very attentive. They even gave us a gift for our 21st Wedding Anniversary.
Exceptional service by Monica and delicious food. I was there last night to celebrate my birthday. The staff was beyond kind and generous. Thank you for making me feel so special. I cant wait to come back!

Service was phenomenal, food left alot to be desired. Had taste of the season winter menu, butternut squash ravioli were ok lobster sauce covered up taste of the squash to much. Salad was acceptable but under seasoned and under dressed. Filet main was dramatically underseasoned and my medium rare was served Raw in the center along with my wifes. Accompaniments for the steak were nice. Overall for the price severely lacking, charged or 5 tar food but did not deliver.
